This tours covers most of the Western circuits tourist site. Masai Mara is just an extension of Serengeti National Park at the Migration corridor, through Ngorongoro Crater, the 8th wonder of the world. After the safari, you will return to Kenya through Namanaga border where you will use the same visas you bought at Isebania.
You will be picked up from your airport or hotel where you will start your safari to Masai Mara at 8:00 am. You will be joining other tourists to travel south to the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley. Proceed to Narok, a small Masaai town well known for the most beautiful curios. After lunch, proceed to Masai Mara arriving at 1630 hrs at the camp. later set out for an evening game viewing to see the many animals that inhabit this unique park. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Have a full day spent game viewing across the rich, tree studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-maned lions, leopard, and cheetah but also contains numerous elephant and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. All meals and overnight are in the camp. You will have optional activities in between the game drive at 1700hrs-1900hrs.
Go for a pre-breakfast game drive from 0630 hrs to 0900 hrs. Return to the camp for late breakfast. Leave your camp and proceed to Lake Naivasha with lunch en route at Narok Masai Town. You will be arriving at Lake Naivasha in the early afternoon for an optional boat ride at the Crescent Island where the first Kenya jet landed. This was also the place where Joy Adamson wrote “Born Free”. Dinner and overnight are in a budget hotel.
After the early morning breakfast at 0630hrs, leave for Hell’s Gate National Park for the game drive. Here you have the opportunity to walk around the park watching the animals that are friendly with humans. You might visit the Gorge or Geothermal with a guide, or go cycling in the park to the geothermal power station. Leave the park at 11:00 am for Nairobi to connect the tourist shuttle bus that departs from Nairobi at 2:00 pm for Arusha. Get to Arusha town at 7:45 pm where our staff will be waiting for you at Arusha tourist inn for dinner and overnight stay.
Leave Arusha at 08.00 am and drive for 2-3 hours to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, you can head out for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight are at Panorama Campsite. After the game drive, depart for overnight at the base of Manyara to cut down the long distance drive to Serengeti National Park.
After breakfast, go for a game drive en route to Serengeti National Park. Serengeti is the largest and most famous park in Tanzania, known worldwide for its endless plains, wildebeest-migration, herds of lions and other predators. Dinner and overnight will be at Seronera Campsite.
Today you will have one last game drive in Serengeti. In the afternoon, drive (with an optional stopover at Olduvai) to the rim of Ngorongoro Crater for dinner and overnight. Here you will have an excellent view of the crater floor. Please note that Simba Camp is the only common campsite in the area so we recommend a night at Simba Campsite.
After breakfast, leave for about a 6-7 hrs game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater. There is a very high possibility of spotting the big 5 in one day: lion, rhino, elephant, buffalo, and leopard. Lunch will take place at the picnic site at the crater floor. In the afternoon, drive back to Arusha arriving in time for dinner and overnight at Cloud View Hotel.
Pick up after breakfast and head to the shuttle bus that departs Arusha for Nairobi at 8:00 am. You should be arriving at 2:00 pm and you will be met at the bus stop to transfer you back to a hotel or home where you spend the night. The next day, leave the hotel at 1000 hrs to the airport for your flight at 1:40 pm.
